About Me

Thanks for stopping by Toujours C'est La Vie. As the title of my blog might indicate, I love French. I graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a Honors BA in French with minors in European Studies and Global Cultures. I am currently in grad school at Phoenix Seminary where I will be getting my Master of Divinity with a Leadership Development emphasis. Someday, I hope to be a missionary to college students in France.

I started this blog as part of my long term ministry plan. What it will look like in 5 years or even in 5 days, I have no clue, but it is a reflection of who I am, what I am doing, and what I am learning. I hope that it encourages others to find beauty and fun in everything around them. I am passionate about reflecting Christ's love for humanity through my own life and teaching others to love more like Him.

I love Jesus, my friends and family, and my three cats. I am all about photography, scrapbooking, decorating, doodling, and just plain creating. My apartment is always messy because I always have a project in the works, but I am working on reforming my disorganized ways. I love to read, watch whole seasons of tv shows on dvd in one day, and cooking whenever I get the chance.
